Please note that filling out this form and submitting it does NOT guarantee you a spot on a team or that you have completed registration. Once you submit this form you will be contacted by administration and they will gather payment from you over the phone or instruct you on how you may either pay your registration fee in person or mail it to us. Once your payment is confirmed you will be assigned to the team and session of your choice as long as it is not full. You will then and only then be considered registered for the Bee Active Gym School Soccer Program.

$45 Individual Youth Registration (ages 7-14) as a Member.
$60 Individual Youth Registration (ages 7-14) as a Non-Member.
$50 Individual Registration (high school and adult leagues) as a Member.
